Topic: Missing Avatar Pictures

Not quite sure if this is a problem or an update or what, but on the main page where it shows the news and all that on the side where it said Forum Topics and lists the last few threads that have been commented on it use to show the last person to comment on a threads avatar's picture next to the thread topic. As not sure if thats a bug or an update. If it helps I am using the latest version of Firefox.

I hope it's unintended, because I don't like it either. Seeing who commented on the latest threads from the main page is something I liked about this site. Please bring it back

Well on the bright side if it is good at all, Eight topics are shown instead of the usual four. But yes, I do miss the avatars and I hope this was just an incomplete update.

The avatars could still fit there too!

It's a tad less cluttered without the avatars, but personally, I'd rather have the avatars and only 5 threads in the most recent box than 8 threads and no avys. It makes it hard to tell if someone posted immediately after I did or not...

Not knowing who commented last, makes it hard to troll ... err, to have a polite conversation.

Phew, I'm not the only one ,-.- But what is this blasphemy! I hope this isn't a normal thing. O.O

just make the avas a little smaller then more topics can fit still

i like it! there are more forum topics shown. plus, the avatar pictures just make everything less uniform in my opinion :/

So it's not just me. I liked the avatars next to the recent forum topics. Hope it comes back quickly.

I agree. Since I recognize most of the avatars around here, they made it easier for me to tell whether someone else had posted in a thread after me, or if someone else whose comments I enjoy reading posted on the forums at all.

@Happy_Mask: Ant probably tweaked something, i doubt that kind of thing would be unintentional — especially with it showing more forum topics and not even leaving a blank space where the avatars were. chill, and I'm sure Ant will chime in eventually :3

...okay... I thought it wasn't an error. I just wish I could still see the avatars, regardless of the size. ;_;
