The top left drop down button once pressed one of the row options underneath the logout button displays "null" .

Good question. I got the same bug on my iPhone 7 and MacBook haven't tried on an iPad. I thought it was the mobile build at first. As far as resolution, I'm assuming 1080p on the MacBook Pro.
I'm Curious. How did you suspect it was with an Apple device?
Also, if I may ask, what frameworks/technologies is your team using?

@arrmixer nah, it wasn't a device/browser issue - the null issue was server side. That should be fixed.

I guessed Safari from the screenshot you supplied - but wasn't sure what device it was.

CMS is all bespoke for our sites, so no specific frameworks.
