Topic: Marked Unread Forum but clicked mark all as Read.

For some reason the WiiWare forum has the Unread mark on it (the blue dot) but I go into it click mark all as read but that blue dot stays. It has been like that for about half a week now. Anyone know how to fix that?

People keep saying the Xbox One doesn't have Backwards Compatibility.
I don't think they know what Backwards Compatibility means...

Maybe it's some really old threads that you haven't read.

Deleted my signature, most of those links were pretty old anyways.

If they were old posts then why isn't "Mark all as Read" just marking those old posts as Read? Worked on all the other Forums.

Hm I just tested it and it does stay that way after "reading" all the threads. I have no idea why.

I think the 1 hour thing is a different problem. My guess with the Unread thing staying is a mod deleted thread isn't being cleared properly for everyone, so it says there is an unread thread when it was actually deleted... but that is just my guess

You should probably mess with your Profile Timezone or Contact them directly.

Someone made a post in the WiiWare section and then I was able to clear the Unread Comments Icon. I think it has something to do with a Thread being deleted.
