I really need help with this. Do I need to wait for 24 hours? Is there something wrong? Please respond.

I would recommend just staying in the site for a couple hours and wait

It could just be an error. I have had it do similar things with coins in the US. If they don't show up eventually then I would call or email Nintendo.

Wait for about a day, then call support if it doesn't fix itself
