Topic: I can't connect my club nintendo account to my wii u

whenever I try to connect my club nintendo account to my wii u it keeps coming up with the same message that:
The email address and/ or password is incorrect.
please re-enter your details
I am entering my correct details but it still will not let me connect.

Hi I brought a wii u for my daughter for Christmas I had the console and game pad synched I made her mii, I updated the system after the update the tv went blank an lost connection to the console and the gamepad can no longer find the console. Help please
