As everyone on NL knows my laptop has a SD Card reader but now it won't pick it up and i can see one of the small prongs is loose from it is there anyway to fix that instead of sending it in to Toshiba? or can i go to GeekSquad?

you didn't buy it from Best Buy, did you? I wouldn't take it to GeekSquad if I were you; they're pretty expensive if you didn't purchase a warranty from them. Call Toshiba's help line and find out what they say -- who knows, they might be able to walk you through fixing it over the phone, just like they were able to help you the last time with your virus program, dude. :3
