I want to know

1.How the repair services from Nintendo are? Do they fix it well or do they just fix some and as soon as you get it, it needs repair again?

2.if anyone has bought refurbished 3DS from Nintendo, do they work as they should?

I want to know this because I'm going to U.S for vacation and I would like my stuff done as soon as possible.

After so long...I'm back. Don't ask why

They're great from my experience.

My Wii's disc drive broke in 2009, Nintendo got it repaired quickly & I haven had problems with it since.

My GamePad for the WiiU was also faulty initially. So I contacted Nintendo. They just told me to send it to them, then I got it back 4 days later. Worked, and still works, like a charm.

Repairs mostly do their job and ensure the initial stability/durability. It might take a bit longer (my 3DS was in 'repairs' for 5 weeks before I got it back), but other than that, it's cool.

I have no idea about refurbished Nintendo devices, though.
