Topic: Help with Wii U bought in Italy and used in UK

Hi all,

I am soon buying a Wii U, can't wait. I live between Italy and UK and I found a good deal on Italian eBay.
My idea is to take it and use it in UK. It is still a PAL version so no problems with solid games.

But anyone knows if I can access the UK Virtual Console / Wii U eshop ?
I don't want to download games in Italian just in English!

You will be able to access the UK shop with no issues
I'm not even in Europe and I'm using the UK shop on a PAL WiiU with no issues

Something still bugs me though...
Today Nintendo UK told me that I have to create a profile in Italy, and then a new one when I'll move to the UK.

However, I want to buy some games on the Wii eshop and take advantage of the sale until the 1st of Jan.

Do you think those games can then be transferred to the new profile after I move to the UK?

As far as I know, games cannot be transferred to a new account
However, Nintendo wants you to register in an account in your location, but since you wanna use the UK eShop, just open a UK account and stick with it, which you can use in Italy (via credit card or pre-paid eShop cards)

I myself live in a country which is not supported by Nintendo, but since we use a PAL system, I have a UK store account and I've never had any issues
