Topic: Going to buy a wii u but i need more memory space

Im planing to buy a wii u and i want to buy bayonetta 2 but it will be 32 gb and i nead more memory space i know i can use hdd but some people say that it may not work and i nead advice what should i do because i dont want to give money for nothing

You could always just buy the retail version of Bayonetta 2 and avoid the issue of HDD space entirely. If looking for the cheapest possible way to play games, buying physical allows you to shop sales and clearances that almost always offter better discounts than the eShop anyway.

If you are sure you want to go digital, then you will almost certainly need to buy a bigger HDD. The built-in space with Wii U is a nice start... but not enough for any significant number of games — especially if you are downloading full retail games instead of just smaller, eShop-exclusive titles. (There are advantages to owning digital goods but initial buy-in price typically isn't one of them.)

the problem is that i live in bulgaria and to buy the hdd from amazon will be really expensive i can buy an external hdd but do i nead y-cable
