Topic: Forum help plz?

OK, so this is gonna sound noobish, but I'm a little new to this whole forum thing. I would like to know how I quote A CERTAIN PART of someones other post. I would also like to know how I post images and videos (prob from YouTube) onto forum topics, WITHOUT POSTING THE LINK INSTEAD. I've seen this done before, but I dont know how to do it myself. Can someone help plz? Thnx.
