I would really appreciate if you could tell me your opinion about a problem I have with my Switch.
When I start an online game in FIFA 18 the console always crashes and I get the following error: "The software closed because an error ocurred". I have been getting this error for the last two days. I played fine before.
Do you think this an error coming from the game or from the Switch? Does anyone know whether there is a solution?
It could be related to EA's servers as well. Perhaps try again sime other time. Errors such as this should be accompanied with an error code, so it's best to take note of it. The screenshot button on your Switch is your friend.

Anyway, I think I solved the problem. I removed all the files related to the online connection (especially those which involve online roster configurations) and it worked fine again. Up to now, it has not crashed again.
