Topic: Eshop Help.

So I just got my 3DS updated and now even after signing up I can't access to 3DS eshop. I know its the maintenance thing that was announced but I like to know if anyone else has this issue of not being able to go to Eshop as well.

Also now with the Miiverse thing on my 3DS, Can I still use prepaid cards to add funds and get games as usual or is that restricted as well. Also how does this Miiverse thing work in terms of report? Like if Nintendo bans me and removes all my stuff that I bought digitally, will they give me a warning about this? Because my nickname is just Artwark and my ID is ArtwarkSwark.

@Artwark yes, we believe the eShop was down for a period of time... it seems to be working now though!

But its still isn't working for me. I don't know why.... I'm just as close as to my modem and I can't get connected to the eshop because of this error.

Is it that its now only in the US area that the Eshop will work? I'm worried about this because I'm not from US and I get digital games through prepaid cards......

Prepaid eshop cards will work. The only difference is now that funds will be shared between the 3DS and Wii U (if you have both).

Miiverse is not linked to your eShop account directly, so getting banned will not make you lose your purchases.
