I was watching a video on youtube.com called "Most annoying youtube comments clickable" on the "dreamworkstv" channel. 48 seconds into the video I noticed a familiar song in the background, it was the song "create a sim mode 3". I immediately alerted them of this song and asked them if they got Nintendo's permission to use it. Can anyone help me help you sue their butts? If they're not making money, then they're fine...also, we're not Nintendo...or EA, or whoever made the game.
