Let's say I had mulitple 3DS systems, and one of them was running out of memory but I don't want to deal with a system transfer (which, from what I've heard, are rather impractical) and just wanted to move a single game from one 3DS to another, how would I go about doing that? Is it even possible? I know I can't link multiple systems to my Nintendo Network ID (which I find pretty ridiculous), so simply re-downloading it isn't an option, right?

You can't.

You could however, get a bigger sd card for the system that's running out of memory.

Could I... delete the game from the system, insert a new SD card, and re-download it there? Because I need to make room on the old one for DLC for a game that is on that card.

Could I go with the other option though? Deleting it, getting a new one and re-downloading it?

What do you mean by that?

Well, the system uses the sd card to store some important data. It would need to generate different sets of data for both sd cards and things could get confusing.

I have actually never tried using two sd cards, so I can't say I know the exact effects.

Maybe you could just create a save data backup before deleting the game. The system has that option too. Then when you want to play it again just backup and delete other game(s) to make space for it.

Pfffffffffft... Suddenly, I don't feel like dealing with it anymore. Seriously, Nintendo...

Anyway, thanks for the help though.
