Topic: Currently unable to comment!

Why I am I unable to comment on any NintendoLife article? I didn't post anything offensive or anything. I saw the post in this forum subsection but it is locked and there is no clear solution mentioned. I already sent a support ticket but have not received a reply.

What do I do?

You might be quicker to get in touch with the staff through the contact form

Be patient. It usually takes a few hours, if not an entire day for them to get back to you.

as you can see someone else had the same problem, so at least they are aware of the issue and I'm sure they'll deal with it as soon as they can so wouldn't worry about it too much.

Yea I definitely saw that. The thread was closed otherwise I would have posted there. I only made this thread as I sent in the contact form more than a day ago (don't remember exactly when) and was wondering when I would get a response.

'not posting spam' tends to work well. other than that, I'm sure you realize we'd prefer not to lay out any specifics publicly; our war on spammers is never-ending after all. :3
