Topic: Bluetooth Adapter/GlovePIE.org or Gamepad help

Hi I need a decent controller for Super Meat Boy. I was thinking about investing into this gamepad but I don't know if the d-pad is up to par.

Swiket's http://glovepie.org/ option sounded appealing to me, plus bluetooth adapters are cheap. Problem is, I don't get how the thing works. Does it take any sort of advanced knowledge about computers to utilize or can someone explain it to me in simple English?

Any help would be much appreciated.
