Topic: Birthday Discounts?

Hello,

Does Nintendo still offer birthday game discounts? My birthday is in March. I received a birthday email from Nintendo, but in the previous four years, they offered game discounts. This one didn’t. I’m in the US and all my purchases on my Nintendo account are for the 3DS (if this matters).

Nope. My birthday is March also and the email was just good wishes.

Guess they figured nobody was really using those amazing 30% off discounts on the same 3 old games anymore.

Those discounts saved me a lot of money on buying all three versions of Nintendogs!

Thanks for the confirmation. They offered me Pokemon Y in 2016 but I got Mystery Dungeon instead. I was hoping to see it back at 30%. I don’t remember what I got the next 3 years, but I always bought something.

Today’s my birthday and I received an email with an additional 300 platinum coins. Unfortunately, no game discounts.

I do honestly enjoy opening my Animal Crossing and Pokemon save files for the birthday celebrations. I don’t make a big deal out of my birthday, but I look forward to this little annual ritual, lol.
