Topic: Barcode battler performance issue (Help)

So recently I've gotten a barcode battler, but there seem to be some issue with it. Right off the box it seemed fine, but for some odd reason it only works like 1 outta 10 times. Any suggestions on how to fix?

Purchasing a Barcode battler seemed like a great idea, but I am also having insane performance issues with mine, not working etc. Any advice?
