My modem has been blinking red the last 3 days since Sept. 1st. Last month, it has been sporadically alternating green and red, but now it's only staying red. I've called in about this several times, made sure everything was plugged in, repeatedly turned it off and on several times (sometimes 10 seconds, other times, longer), the maintanence man even gave me a brand new modem free of charge, and the exact same end result has happened yet again. They tell us we have a good signal, but there's still no internet. Is there anything left you guys can tell me? I'm only able to tell you this right now because i'm using my uncle's ipad by the way.

The only thing I can say is keep calling your internet provider. Keep hounding them until its working. Had anyone come over to look at it? It might be a problem that you have to have a technician look at it.

A person from the company came over to look at it and said we were getting good signals, but we still could't log on the internet. Someone is coming over today actually.

Well dont let them leave your place untill you are complete satisfied and are getting a consent signal. Have you tried getting on the internet with other devices? Like a gaming console or a tablet?
