Topic: 3DS System Transfer Help

I finally got my 3DS today and thought I'd get the transfer from my DSi out of the way. Things were going smoothly until it started trying to transfer AiRace, number 9 out of 17 items. Pikmin have now been running across my screen for over an hour, which really bums me out. Does anyone have any idea of how to safely fix this?

Edit: Finally decided to turn of my DSi. Started the process over again and got a little farther before it started happening again with another title. Started again and now that game is transferring. Apparently I'll just have to keep restarting when it gets stuck until I'm done... (5 left). Maybe this topic will be useful for someone else, but otherwise, I'm sorry for the waste of space

@Ashflow: Remember that the transfer process is dependent on your internet connection — if there's any kind of hiccup, it could hang the way you're describing. Seems you've figured things out, though, so just keep transferrin' 'em one by one 'til they go. :3
