So for some time my internet on my 3DS hadn't been working and I assumed that it had to do with the Wi-Fi itself ( all my other devices are connected to a 5GHz network and they were working so I wasn't bothered all too much by it ) but then today I got a new router installed it and made some new networks, one of which is a 2.4 GHz, which all worked perfectly. So then I decided to connect my 3ds to this new network, but when I tried to do so it froze, the same goes for when I try to delete the old connection. Normally I would reformat my 3DS and just have it over with, but not only is this a last resort for me, there is also the problem that you need a working internet connection to do so. Does anybody know what to do in this situation?
