The biggest let down this year was missing out on Shovel Khight and Rune Factory 4. Hopefully the EU will soon be digging. 've played so many platforms this year but none go into my top ten. However, I'm yet to play tropical freeze or finish Mario Bros Wii U.

exactly one of these games came out this year and even ALBW only kinda deserves to be mentioned (it's an awkward sequel to what I consider an awkward and somewhat lesser Zelda title, which means it's still like an...8.5 instead of 9+)

Mario Kart is a long term game instead of something I focus on, so I can't fully judge it until at least the end of the year (especially with the DLC coming)

I think Mario Kart 8 and Okamiden are the only new games I've played this year. The 3DS Smash will likely take the top spot over Mario Kart 8.
