Topic: You might be a gamer...

...if you ever named your kid after a videogame character.

...if you lost count of the games you own.

...if your idea of a rolemodel is Mario.

...if you eat Pikmin cereal.

if you spend most of your free time on a forum talking about games

the play time on your games is maxed out.

...if you've killed the battery on a game cartridge before.

...if your game crashes after your play time is maxed out.
...if you ever thought of making fan-fiction. (Guilty.)
...if you imagine marrying a video game character. (Okay, now that's obsession.)
...if you use all sources available on the Internet to find out when and if one particular game is coming out in your region.
...if you think that Nintendo should finally make a Zelda game explaining where Navi went to after Ocarina of Time. (Guilty here as well.)
...if you make ideas for a game based on the previous line.
...if you think of ways that Navi could be a likable character in a game (ex. not talking for about 99% of the game).
...if you make a list like this.
...if you can recite every word from a game by memory.
...if you make a series on youtube based on a video game character. (I think some of you may know who this is.)
...if you do speed runs on a game you've beaten 10 times before.
...if you make insane challenges for your friends to do in a video game. (Guilty again.)
...if you make your own lyrics to a game's music that by default does not have lyrics.
...if you wish those insane challenges could be recorded.
...if you watch speed runs just to find shortcuts around certain steps in a game. (Ex. Zelda: Majora's Mask, looking for a way to avoid the Moon Tear as a Deku.) {Edit: For fun.}

The phrase Hardcore Gamer always conjures up images in my head of somebody playing a DS while sky diving or better still jumping out the plane with a generator, a TV and a Snes and not opening the parachute untill you beat M Bison on the hardest setting. Now thats a hardcore gamer
