I have to agree with whoever said "it's sterilized." It's boiled again when you brew it. No problems. It actually sounds good. I find regular coffee to be too bitter, so I'd probably like this (or at least like it more than I like regular black coffee). I wouldn't spend a crapton of money on it, but if someone gave it to me, I wouldn't have an issue with drinking it.

I am way too lazy to think of something clever.

I'll crap out some coffee beans for you for a fraction of the price! Further discounts are available if you're willing to dig them out of my poop yourself.

@Luigi
I don't about poo tea but when I vacationed in Spain they sold tea whose leaves had been soaked in pigs blood for a few days.

I hate coffee and tea. They make my head feel weird for some reason, plus they have absolutely no taste (even with creamers, sugar cubes, etc).

Coffee has no taste? You might want to go to a doctor and get your taste buds checked out, dude. Black coffee is the most intense (and best) taste I know of.

Fuzzy

I'm having a coffee now. Mmm. It's the best start to the day.

In regards to this coffee, I would definitely try it if given a cup. It's bound to be better than the instant coffee I have to drink at work.

Oh lord instant coffee. Stopped drinking that a few years back, never looked back.

Then again we're lucky that work rents a $8000 coffee machine. We pay $1, we get a coffee roughly eqivilent to a good local cafe's. Best thing about this job.

Fuzzy

I can get used to it if that's all I drink, but if I go out somewhere for a coffee, it's hard to go back. Working in the city used to be good, but more expensive.

would i drink kopi luwak? hell to the no, especially not when a civet-cat-butt-free version exists. apparently those dudes figured out how to get the same results (intense aroma and flavor, almost no bitterness) without involving animals at all. :3

Once again - I draw your attention to milk. Who saw that and thought it was a good idea?

Or the puffer fish. How, exactly, did they discover that only one tiny piece of the meat wasn't horribly poisonous?

Who, exactly, thought escargot would be a good idea?

etc etc. There are some genuinely weird foods out there.

Yes, and I don't understand how anybody thought any of them were good ideas. Except maybe the milk one but that requires several scenarios and a lengthy explanation.

lol actually i don't drink milk. I am pretty lactose intolerant except for a bit of cheese sometimes. And yes im aware we are all lactose intolerant to a certain degree but it gives me some pretty bad side effects.

Haha.

Yeah, every so often I try and ponder what brought humanity to discover the wonders of certain kinds of foods.... and then my head hurts.

We're a weird species...

Raylax

Milk's really easy to explain. Every mammal species drink breast milk during infancy. Given its nutritious properties (obvious even before scientific study) and abundance, humans kept drinking it after infancy. But given the inability (and unwillingness, of course) to get more human milk other than that fed to the mother's children, it'd be procured from other milk-giving species. We settled on cows' milk because they're easy to farm, large, and provided many other useful resources (meat, hide, etc).
