The only reason people think the PS Vita suck is because of the sales, just like non Nintendo fans think the Wii U sucks cause of the sales. The reason is stupid to not like a Handheld or Console. The PS Vita has really well games like Uncharted, Soul Sacrifice, Gravity Rush, Little Big Planet etc...
I think it's less the sales and more fanboys being fanboys.

No, the reasons are'nt obvious. In fact, the Vita is my favorite handheld of all time. As for the topic, I've been lucky to not play any really awful consoles, no CD-i or Virtual Boy for instance, so my weakest systems, though not all that bad, would be either N64 or X360.

I don't think it sucks, it just isn't great. Not too many good games, etc. Bad memory cards too; they're overpriced.

I have enjoyed more Vita games then 3DS titles. It has RPGs for one thing, which the 3DS does not have in Australia.
And the better Dead or Alive and Warriors games.
As for the price of memory cards. Meh. If you consider I part of the cost of the console it's a simple case of paying for quality.
