Any pokemon that can't or has a weak offensive stats (EX: Chansey and Magikarp) because battles are one on one so what can you do with pokemon who can't do damage. At most pokemon like chansey who have support type moves are somewhat useful in 2 VS 2 battles and they are really useful in 3 VS 3 battles but those hardly happen as much as 1 VS 1 battles so what's the point?
