Topic: Will we likely see Final Fantasy 1-6 on Switch?

Do you think we will eventually get Final Fantasy 1-6 on Switch?

It would be dumb not to since those are classics and they have already appeared on smart phones as games as well. Chrono Trigger and Cross should also come if SE is smart.

If they did, it would probably be those atrocious smartphone versions of FF5 and FF6. I'd frankly rather they just skipped those 2.
The PSP versions of FF1-FF4 are all great though!

@Severian Chrono Trigger I paticularly want. I picked up the DS version recently because of Chuggaconroy LPing it on YouTube but... man am I spoiled by the Switch! Going back to the 3DS just feels dim an cramped for something like a JRPG. And I have heard nasty things about the PC port!

@Dezzy Why do that when they have the GBA versions too?

The mobile version of six is not bad, and five is playable if you ignore the inconsistent graphics.

I would love to play 1-3 again. As i haven't played them since they were released on PSP. And i've never played 5 or 6 so i'd be down for them too.

FF IV / V / VI are still very much on my to playlist, along with the After Years. I'd pick them up in a heartbeat. 1-3 I have elsewhere, and with how much is out I probably wouldn't get them.

I'd guess yes as a collection of all 6 kind of like the Castlevania Collection and that releasing on PS4, XB1 and Switch.
