Someone should, I don't like the feel when I'm playing the N64 games on the classic controller. If there is someone should post a link. I wonder if you could make your own by just splicing wires with an original one if not?

I remember VC-Reviews ran an article once where someone made (and I think even sold) an adapter for using original SNES controllers as Classic Controllers. I can't see why it'd be any harder to do so for an N64 controller.
Sweet, yeah it looks like they did just that spliced some wires together. Looks like I'm goin' to have to get me 2 of those instead of making my own. Can't wait to play 1080 now. You couldn't pull off the tricks right with the classic controller. Thanx

It looked pretty pricey for a simple adapter though. Make sure to shop around. I noticed Google returned quite a few results, so you might find a better price.
True that. It should come with the remote at that price. I'll be sure to shop around before making my purchase. Of course it is probably cheaper than buying two controllers and splicing them together though. He's probably buying just the parts he needs and splicing but then you would think he should have the remotes included then, who knows? If I find something better I'll post the link here then.

Try using a Gamecube controller for N64 games. I like it a lot - it's much better than the classic controller for N64 games (but not for anything else).
From what i've read, there's more to it than just wire-soldering. The adapters have i think a basic chip in them to convert the signals. I have the NES adapter (well, two actually, one for Wii and one for PC) and it was definitely worth it.
