Topic: Why do people want Nintendo dead?

Hey guys. Lately I've seen so many people that want that Nintendo dies, and disappears completely from the videogame world. The thing I don't understand is.... why? I guess many people say stupid things without think about it.... I mean, what would those people earn if Nintendo was gone forever from the videogame world if not millions of sad fans? It's that what those people want? If so.... then those people are nothing but a bunch of monsters... What do you think about it?

AC Unity would look a lot better if Nintendo games didn't exist to compare it with.

I don't want to see Nintendo gone, but if they don't want to compete for the modern market that they deserve to go the way of Blackberry imo.

I also don't understand the hate that Nintendo gets. No-one is forced to buy and play their games/systems, yet there are always tons of people bashing Nintendo's games and ideas and clamoring for them to go under? I don't know. It almost seems to be some kind of weird jealousy. If a gamer has to only have a football game or FPS that has more "realistic" graphics than that is fine, they can go play those all they want. Nintendo's games are fun and they look great for what they are.

I suspect envy and trolling, for the most part.

I think it's the fact that people are sheep, and basically Nintendo isn't "cool" if you are a "hardcore gamer". Maybe Nintendo just needs to add some things that would appeal to the mainstream. Like instead of mushroom power-ups, you have to stab a hooker and then you get health or money.

All the mess "Nintendo makes kids games" is just a secondary problem right now. All, the people that say "I want Nintendo dead" should make a question to themselfs, "why I want Nintendo dead?", they have nothing to earn if Nintendo dies.... THAT'S the problem.

I don't think anyone wants Nintendo dead but lots of people would like them to go third party so they don't have to buy an additional console just for Nintendo first party titles

Do you realize that if Nintendo goes third party than it will REALLY make just Mario games and a new Zelda every 10 years if we are lucky.... right?

So some people can continue to confirm their persecution complexes about how a small group of highly opinionated people and/or trolls somehow pose a significant threat to a company they keep projecting their feelings onto, or even take as a sign that "everyone" is out to get said company and we the fans have to protect them...

Ignore the people who rant about Nintendo because they clearly want Nintendo gone because of how Nintendo easily dominates half the gaming industry to their perspective atleast when in reality, Nintendo is just like every company out there. Making something that gives more sales like Mario, trying something that people don't really want or are skeptical to try it out like the Wii/ Wii U, making rules about certain things like their old policies and sticking with their stuff only like everything relevant to Nintendo products can only be gotten from Nintendo products only like activity logs, Miiverse, Games,Eshop etc.

Nintendo lacks blood and gore. Everyone hates it now.

People want Nintendo dead? Okay, in all seriousness the amount of people who want Nintendo dead are the same as who want Sony dead or Microsoft dead. Whenever there is a company, there is someone who wants it dead. They just tend to be vocal.

Because they want Mario Kart on XBox One and Smash Bros on PS4.

People want to see anything cool fail. The bitterness and cynicism of the internet is poison.

They want that sweet Nintendo nectar to off-set the rancid, bitter aftertaste of third-party games on other systems. XD
