Including myself…. why are we so addicted to Nintendo? Nintendo characters seem to have a connection to people like no other gaming franchise I know of. The Mario franchise is what? almost 30 years old now and still going strong. To be honest, most of these characters don't have much development in personality but we seem to love them. Just look at the amiibos.

and even me, I am a die hard Koopaling fanboy. I'd kill for the Koopalings..

Just today I went to the BX on the military base I work at, saw that they stocked new amiibos, bought three Toads, Luigi, and the new Yoshi, and now I have about 17 amiibos. WHY? Why does it make us so happy? I also want to know, which Nintendo character do you have the strongest connection to?

Please, let's keep that kind of references to a minimum.-MorphMarron

Aside from nostalgia, it's just the fun of the games they're in. It doesn't matter if they have no personality to develop, we aren't play the games for the story (except maybe Zelda). The games that house Nintendo characters are 99% top notch fun/quality games. So our love for them didn't diminish as we got older. shrugs I dunno. They're fun.

Nintendo games tend to have that irresistible charm I can't find anywhere else on top of being some of the best games out there
