For me it has to be Darth Maul from Star Wars Episode I. I know he didn't do a whole lot in the movie, but it's just the way he looks, and his fighting style, you know he means business.
I know it's terribly cliche, but i don't watch a lot of movies so bleh!
Also, if Nintendo Life was a movie, lz would be my favorite villian. Don't tell him I said that though.

I never understood the hype with that movie. I thought it was a good movie, but people were talking about it like it was one of the best films in history.

Well, it was a really good movie, and probably one of the best Superhero movies ever made. But it was a bit long. When Heath Ledger died, the hype was crazy.
