Dimentio would beat both but that wasn't the question so I would say Bower. @Otaku I've also wondered why King K. Rool steals DK's bannanas. Bowser kidnaps Peach because he wants to rule the mushroom kingdom but why does King K. Rool steal Donkey Kong's bannanas?
Also why leave bananas lying around on a level when DK goes after you.
