Topic: Which Metroid game did you finished first?

I just finished my first Metroid game, Metroid Fusion last night [I only got 35%]. So, I made this topic to see which Metroid game everybody has finished first. I also like to say that I enjoyed playing Metroid Fusion so much, that I'm going to play and try to complete the rest of my Metroid games in the near future.

Metroid Prime Hunters, then Metroid Prime 3 but I've only played the Prime's and the original

Super Metroid. The first time, I collected like 67% of the items and finished in under five (nonconsecutive) hours. The second time, I collected 79% of the items and finished in under five hours, only I took less time here. Super Metroid is God when it comes to nonlinear exploration.

I have played and beaten them in the following (absurd) order:

• Metroid Fusion (GBA)
• Metroid Prime (Gamecube)
• Metroid (NES)
• Metroid Zero Mission (GBA)
• Metroid Prime 2: Echoes (Gamecube)
• Metroid Prime Hunters (DS)
• Metroid 2 - Return of Samus (GB)
• Super Metroid (SNES)

I think Metroid Prime was the hardest of them all, followed by Metroid Prime 2: Echoes. The next on my list is Metroid Prime 3: Corruption. I have it since christmas 2007 but never played it.

In order:

Metroid NES
Super Metroid
Metroid Prime
Metroid Fusion
Metroid Zero Mission
Metroid Prime Pinball

Never played Prime 2 or Corruption. I've got Hunters, but have yet to really get started on it. Haven't played RoS in ages.

I beat Metroid Fusion and Metroid Prime around the same time, but if remember correctly, I think Fusion did indeed come first. After that, it's harder to remember, though I know Super Metroid is the latest one. Hopefully some day I can finish the original Metroid (can't beat Mother Brain) and get to try Metroid II, as those are the two main series games I have yet to beat. Metroid II is the one that's pressing me, though, as Zero Mission pretty much killed all desire to finish the original in my mind.

I finished the first Metroid on the NES about a week after it was released.

Super Metroid was my first Metroid games (and one of my first games period) and i love it, and sunk hours into it with my dad, but i never beat it. then i got prime... and got most of the way through... and didn't beat it. then prime 2... and got about a 4th of the way through... so i've never beaten one... but i recently downloaded Super Metroid off of the VC, and bought Trilogy, so i'm planning to break that!

I beat them in this order:

3. Metroid (VC)
4. Super Metroid (VC)
5. Metroid Prime 3 (Wii)

Metroid II: Return of Samus. Man, I loved that game when I was a kid. Since then I've pretty much beaten them all, except for Hunters because that one sounded like the one-player was lacking.

I've beaten none of them, the first one I got was Metroid Fusion, the atrocious stage design bored me.

Perhaps I would've beaten Prime, but the data was corrupted and I haven't gone back.

Metroid NES, then Super Metroid, and now the Prime games with MPTrilogy.

I've never finished any Metroid games

metroid: zero mission, then metroid fusion and after that all of the prime series, so far the only metroid i have finished with a 100% completition are zero mission and fusion

Just picked up Metroid Prime [Gamecube] from GameStop for $6.99 yesterday. It'll be my first!
