I haven't played ToS 2, but I've played over 140 hours of ToS 1 and it is just so good each time. And what comes to my best character...it is of course no one else than Sheena. Just kidding. It's Zelos or Lloyd.
ToS was great but it nerfed all the original characters.

I loved collecting monsters ..... i mean I STILL LOVE collecting monsters and training them in ToS 2. But what I hate is how weak dragons are!

ToS is a common abbeviation for the Nintendo Gamecube RPG Tales of Symphonia.
As for me, Tales of Symphonia is definitely the better game, although I rather enjoyed Dawn of the New World. As for favorite characters, nobody beats the Professor, Raine Sage.

God! Such a difficult decision! I am torn between both. As for best character it has to be the girl in the second one with pink hair(not Presea) whose name escapes me. I felt so attached to her that when she died(not really), I actually felt bad inside.
