I thought Negative Man was very weird. The minor enemies all look weird, sure, but that's not as unusual as the concept of Negative Man. I'd never heard of an enemy doing something like this, but I don't play RPGs much at all, so maybe it's just me.
If we're just going by appearances, then yea, Miracle Fassad all the way. Speaking of which, I was just warning those currently playing it, VGM, you didn't have to delete the entire post. He's certainly a weird boss.
