Hi guys, just wondering if any of you know a place to get new games online, preferrably cheap. Any recommendations welcome.
Thanks,
~Kim.

It's not new games, but you could try Goozex if you want cheap games. Most of them come in like new condition if you're fine with used games.

Depending where you live, try Cost-co. I know you can order stuff of the Canada site.

I'm pretty sure he lives in Australia, so that wouldn't work for him. Now that I think of it, Goozex is only in North America and Europe.

Thanks guys, but what Toddr said was right. Plus I wouldn't trust Goozex because it's an illegal pyramid scheme if you stop to think about it.

Goozex does work though. I just got a game from them today.

I know it works now, but it will eventually collapse. No system can survive where you pay Goozex to buy a game from someone else.

Well, I'll be using it while it's still going, cause I just got Elebits by sending out a crappy PS1 sports game.

Just checked and am sorry to say there is no Costco in Australia or the UK. But for those who are just looking at this thread and live in Canada or U.S. They're prices mostly include shipping and handling and are already cheaper. Of course, if you can get in the store, they're cheaper by a couple dollars.

Yeah, it's a shame. PSP games are really hard to find at retail, and I live within walking distance of the biggest shopping centre in the southern hemisphere. Plus Sony made the dumb move of separating the Aussie PSN store from the rest of the world's, then charging RRP, having a library smaller than the SNES section of Virtual Console and then making the wise decision of making games from the PS Store incompatible with Custom Firmware. Although looking at the costco site, it seems PSP games are hard to find over there too.

Sounds like you should move to Canada. ;)

@Kimmy Jang - check half.com--that's where I get my Blu-rays and Wii games I don't feel like buying at retail....aside from being a bit confused by 2 Wii game Boxes (something about the DVD-esque game-cases just seemed off....dunno why, but games worked/played fine and are legit retail copies w/ individual UPCs)....

but yeah I got House of the Dead: Overkill and Madworld for like 40 bucks, both unopened/new (18 for one, 22 for other). And I got a new copy of Batman Begins for 8.70 on blu.

No Wii U yet.... Not enough first party wow titles to pull me in yet... And Nintendo's got a ways to go to repair the damage done during the Wii generation.

Amazon has a lot of good deals. Right now the Conduit is 39.99 and I think they have free shipping on anything over 30 dollars.

Thanks guys, but Amazon charges US$7 for shipping to Australia, and Half.com don't ship here at all.
VGP has Patapon 2 pretty cheap, though.
And just out of curiousity, do many people actually have Blu Ray players in the US of A?

Um...? What happened here? Is it just my eyesight going funny? Anyway, I don't see the point in a Blu Ray player. But I guess I don't really count seeing as how I live in Canada.

I have a PS3 and I use it mostly for Blu-Ray, most of my friends here in town have one to, but I don't know about the whole country. Blu-Ray discs are everywhere here now though.

My apologies, my net was lagging (due to me downloading some PS1 stuff from bit torrent that Sony decided Australia didn't deserve) and I clicked the button 4 times because it wasn't loading. Anyway, it's interesting that Blu Ray is big in America. There are very few Blu Ray movies available in Australia, so everyone uses DVDs. And it just hit me that Sony makes Blu Ray. I really cannot understand why Sony doesn't want our nice Aussie dollars. They're made out of polymer, too, so they're nearly impossible to counterfeit (the hardest in the world to) and just as hard to tear. Read post 11 for more great Sony hate.

P.S. Got any more online stores?
