Waking up drowsy (It is 4 and I have to be at work in 6 hours) going to gamestop, dreading answering the phone because every time it rings I have to say "Hi, thank you for calling gamestop where you can buy and sell used games, systems, and accessories towards a new low price nintendo wii, xbox 360, or the new 250 gb playstaion 3 released on November 2nd, this is Aaron, how may I help you?"
Man, your phone shtick is even worse than mine! Currently, mine is "Thanks for calling GameStop Arundel Mills, where you can trade in your old games and reserve Modern Warefare 2. This is Zack, how can I help you?" All that console crap sounds AWFUL!
My Backloggery Updated sporadically. Got my important online ID's on there, anyway. :P

yeah, corporate told us we were not promoting things enough (when they called a coworker just said "thank you for calling gamestop how can I help?") so now my manager is REALLY pushing the phone thing. I once got the speech out and the guy forgot his question by the time I was done. All he could say was "WOW your lung capacity is HUGE, you did all that in one breath!"
Wii : 5234 3442 0233 53253DS: 2664-2106-1671I have A LOT of games, if you want to play something, just email me email@example.com and ask if I have it. (make sure to say Nintendolife in the subject)

Sleep in, volunteer at the animal shelter, and trade in for one of these babies:

What I REALLY hate is when you answer the phone, give your spiel, and the caller immediately asks a question you just preemptively answered. Just proves the spiels are pointless, since nobody pays any freaking attention. My previous manager said he's had people ask THREE questions that were covered in the spiel! People are so stupid...nothing like working retail to impress that fact on a person, eh?
Oh, and tomorrow I'll wake up and check the VC release, most likely to be disappointed as usual.

Well, I called it, didn't I? Sigh
Tomorrow, I will wake up and try to squeeze in a little entertainment before work. Unless I somehow grossly oversleep, in which case I'll just rush for work. I certainly hope that won't be the case though, seeing that my shift doesn't start for another twelve hours and I'm planning to go to bed pretty soon.
