I'm planning on wearing a suit, shades and going as an MIB angent. Sadly, none of you will remember this post...(flash from neuralizer) As I was saying, make sure you wear reflective tape when trick-or-treating. Better safe than sorry! :D

Ehh, I doubt it, last year I remember like, 0 people? I don't think anybody left a bowl out, it could change this year but I doubt it, and my parents will probably be too busy to drive me even if I did want to go. :P (I live about 5 miles away from the nearest group of houses.)
