Obsidian also did Neverwinter Nights 2 and its two expansions. And they are due to release a new IP called Alpha Protocal this month. And from what I heard Neverwinter Nights 2 and its expansions were pretty good. Just saying... They did more than KOTOR 2.

Anyway,

Bioware: KOTOR
Nintendo: Super Mario Galaxy
Traveler's Tales: Lego Star Wars
Ubisoft: Prince of Persia: Sands of Time
Iron Lore: Titan Quest (They unfortunately went under shortly after releasing the expansion to Titan Quest, Immortal Throne.)
Bethesda: Elder Scrolls 3: Morrowind and its two expansions. (Much larger world than Oblivion and alot more side quest stuff to do.)
