'Hang On' in my local Arcade. ( http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hang-On ) the one with the full motorbike, not just the handlebars like some had. Needless to say I've been hooked on gaming since!
1989 my parent bought an NES for the family and it had SMB/Duck Hunt. They also bought SMB3, Dr. Mario and Bill Elliot's NASCAR Racing when they got the NES.
Probably Enduro or River Raid for the Atari 2600. As far as I remember, these were the two games that came with the Atari I got from my parents when I was like 5 or 6 years old (1986-1987).
NES for me, the titles that stand out the most in my memory are SMB3, Duck Tales, Bugs Bunny Crazy Castle, and Mario Paint, but I'm sure Duck Hunt and SMB were the first.

Off-topic: from what cartoon (movie) is that owl in your avatar from, Squiggle55, out of curiosity? I'm not sure if I've seen that owl before, but it looks somehow familiar.
