Topic: What time do you go to bed / wake up?

I'm sat here at 00:22 contemplating whether I should go to bed as I have to get up at 6:00am. And it got me wondering how much sleep everyone else gets. I get about 5 hours a night which is not really enough. Thing is when I get in from work, feed and play with my daughter ,put her to bed and eat, it's usually about 9:00 and if I went to bed at 10:00 like i probably should then I'd have like an hour of free time woooh.So I end up smoking ****,playing wii and surfin t'internet and watchin films with the missus till the early hours then feel like cack the next day. So what's your sleep pattern like?

I get about 10 hours of sleep. Go to sleep at 2:00 in the morning and wake up at 12:00. I know I'm lazy.

Ahhhhh those were the days.

Up until I got made redundant I was getting up at 6:30am for a long time. Now I go to bed anywhere between 12-3am, and wake up anywhere between 8-11am. I need to get back to the real world soon though, so I'm enjoying it while it lasts.

I work all hours. Today I slept from 8:30am-2:30pm.

Sorry to hear you got made redundant,that stinks. There's a lot of it happening at the moment, my companys not doing well this year so I'm a bit worried. You enjoy your time out of the rat race while you can.Hope you get sorted soon man.

i work 8 am - 4 pm

If i have nuttin to do and am not hanging out with my gf or something... I go to bed at like 10

if i am out hanging with my GF or out doing stuff.. i mite not get to bed till midnite

then i wake up at like 630.. i wokr at 8.

on the weekend ill sleep in till like 8-10 am n go to bed like anytime

go to bed at 1 wake up at 8

go to bed between 1-3 wake up 12-3

I close my eyes at about 3am and open them at roughtly 6:30am. And when I can, I do the same for an hour in the afternoon.

Man, people here go to bed earlier than I thought. I get to bed around 4 or 5am most nights, and my work schedule is different each day but usually I'm the 12-10pm shift, so I get up around 11

There's a loaded 9mm within 18 inches of my bed. When I do sleep, I sleep very well.

Get a .40. I finally broke down and bought a Glock 27 "Baby .40" and I love it. Kicks like a jackhammer, but it's fun to shoot.

@Corbie: Attaboy! I also have a Buckmaster 184 on the other side of the bed. I do like me a Glock, though. Next!

around 3 4 AM & wake up bout 11 or 10 sometimes.
