Just bored with the regular YouTube crew you know (the know, kinda funny lot) and then some.
I downloaded an app for my android phone the I T guy sounds like he recorded the audio on a 18th century equipment also the same app had the whole dad's army back catalogue.

Perhaps you guys can recommend something it could be on anything really doesn't have to be gaming.

@Horsemeat Sound recording wasn't invented until the late 1800's.

The only thing I listen to is the Easy Allies podcast.

I haven't missed a single episode of GameXplain's podcast. That's my main podcast but I also liked Lords of Thunder but they stopped doing it. I've also listened to Nintendo Voice Chat couple of times. All of them are game related and mostly about Nintendo.

I programmed a simple tool that copies all Switch screenshots from an SD card and places them to folders according to the game:

I only listen to three Podcasts, one of which is in german. One of the two in english is the Weekly Planet Podcast, starring Mr. Sunday Movies and his good friend Mason (and sometimes guests). The Weekly Planet covers comic book movie (and other popular movie and tv show - Star Wars, Indiana Jones, Game of Thrones, Marvel Netflix) news with each of the weekly podcasts having a focus on reviewing a movie or other stuff, like the biggest box office bombs. Each podcast is around 90 to 120 minutes long and can be found on iTunes and YouTube.

The other I'd only recommend if you're into animation and really really cringe-resistent as it's the Rebel Taxi Pizza Party Podcast, starring the cringe lord of animation himself, Pan Pizza and his friends talking about animation news, latest cartoon releases, answer audience questions and generally talk about whatever it is that happens to cross their minds. The podcast can be found semi-weekly on the Rebel Taxi YouTube channel.

I quite like the "Friday Night Comedy" and "Infinite Monkey Cage" podcasts from BBC Radio 4. They are just essentially on demand versions of programmes broadcast on the radio, though, rather than purpose built podcasts.

I highly recommend the SuperMegaCast on the channel SuperMega. They have really great interactions. JAR Media's JARcast is also pretty good, but most definitely not game-related. If you want an explicitly game-related podcast, Games Club Podcast, where A+Start, Beta 64, and Sheseez talk about a new game each week, is very entertaining if you are interested in the game being discussed. The Game Grumps also started a podcast, but it's been pretty hit-or-miss so far.

I also listen to the CU Podcast, as well as Pat's solo podcast (Not So Common with Pat Contri). Hardcore Gaming 101's Top 47,858 Games of All Time podcast is also quite good (and really, any gamer should check out HG101's site on a regular basis).

Other than those, if you're a pro wrestling and/or MMA fan, i'd recommend both of Steve Austin's weekly shows (one is "family friendly", i.e., little-to-no profanity, the 2nd show is "unleashed", with f-bombs galore in true Stone Cold fashion), Jim Ross's show, and Chris Jericho's show — Jericho's show also often has non-wrestling guests, especially metal and rock musicians, sometimes some actors or directors (his couple of episodes with Eli Roth are excellent), and even had a great episode with Bob Barker.

The Shpydarloggery
She-Ra is awesome. If you believe otherwise, you are clearly wrong.
Urban Champion is GLORIOUS.

I regularly listen to IGN's 'Nintendo Voice Chat (NVC)' and 'Game Scoop' podcasts

Nintendo Voice Chat is usually just a general discussion about the latest Switch/3DS-related news - they occasionally make some really dumb statements ('Nintendo fans don't like football (soccer)' ..errr - what?!) but it generally makes for an entertaining listen ..and they often get some really good special guests in too (game developers etc.) which can be really interesting!

Game Scoop is probably my favourite though - it's more of a general, all-encompassing chat about all consoles, past and present! ..they generally just seem to love games and gaming, not favouring one platform over another, which appeals to me - and the chat is usually quite broad and varied as a result ..and they play this little game at the end of each podcast - 'Video Game 20 Questions' - which I find quite fun too!

...GameXplain is pretty decent as well - quite similar to IGN's NVC in many ways - but in recent times they've started inviting this super-irritating guy who goes by the name 'RogersBase' in to their podcast, whose over-enthusiastic screeches and screams often threaten to burst my ear-drums! :/ ..the main presenters are a lot more bearable though, so probably worth a try!

@Horsemeat Definitely listen to Serial series 1. One of the best documentary pieces of any format ever made (in my opinion). On one level it's just gripping entertainment but on another it's a very interesting and thought provoking programme. No-one at any point has not done their jobs but it shines a light onto our ideas of justice. Is it the police's job to find the truth or to provide order? Is it the courts job to administer justice or to allow a forum for the prosecution to make their best case?

@NaviAndMii I like NVC. Peer definitely knows a lot of things that he can't say due to NDAs but he hints at in a very subtle way (without it being a "maybe I have some insider information..." moustache twirling thing). They're clearly very well connected and occasionally very funny.

I also like Retronauts which has a lot of former 1up staff on it. Like all podcasts though it has its ups and its downs. At its worst they just reel through titles in a series without offering any real insight (and the first Sega arcades game episode was a bit painful to listen to). The "deep dives" on games like Yoshi's Island, A Link to the Past and Mario 64 are great to listen to though.

@StuTwo Yeah, I love Peer I don't mind Brian either to be honest! ..I know he divides opinion quite a bit, but I quite like his enthusiasm (he keeps it just the right side of the line for me) and find him - like most NVC podcasts - to be quite entertaining

Thanks for the tip about Retronauts! I'll definitely check it out - seems like I could be my kind of thing
