Chuggaaconroy, for being the only Let's Player actually making a good effort to make proper content, instead of cutting some junk together and pretentiously calling it a video (like 90% of all Let's Players).
Depends what you're looking for; reviews, let's plays, news coverage? GameXplain definitely for news coverage, they're really quick with their videos and usually provide great analysis videos.
...Ok, I'll be honest, I wasn't really even consciously aware that NintendoLife had such an active YouTube channel. I mean, I guess I knew because I've seen several videos posted on the front page once in a while, but I just checked it out on YouTube and there are uploads several times per week.
