For most Nintendo credit scenes (the scene that plays after defeating the final boss of a game) they either debut a new song from the soundtrack or have a remix of a song from that game. free netflix tech news android 9 I was curious what credit roll song is there favourite!

The answer that I expect is Mario 64 since that song is iconic! But I know there will be some underated answers given as well!

@Jacobcullen It's traditional in threads like this for the OP to kick things off by giving their own nomination...

You guys had me at blood and semen.

What better way to celebrate than firing something out of the pipe?

We don't stop playing because we grow old; we grow old because we stop playing.

I'd have to say Super Mario 3D World. Very fun jazz session remix.

Ocarina of Time. It's beautiful, and very sad. Combined with the 2nd Staff Roll in the 3D remake, it's just breathtaking.

Probably cheating since it's the same as the main title music, but Metroid Prime's credit song is one of my favorite pieces. Though Metroid Prime 3, PMD Explorers and Woolly World are also both up there too.

I'd probably go with Xenoblade 2 (base game or Torna).

I think my vote goes to Twilight Princess.

@AlohaPizzaJack The smiles and the tears! Wonderful song. Maybe my favourite Nintendo end credits sequence.

Super Mario Bros. 2 (the game we got - not the lost levels) had a wonderful song and end credits sequence too - maybe the best on the NES.

@StuTwo It remains my favorite, with all the up beat and slow sections, with the final “I miss you”.
Mass Effect 1 also had a cool song.

Xenoblade Chronicles 2. "One Last You" was a great song to end the game on.

Overall, though, I doubt another game will have more impressive ending credits than NieR: Automata. Heck, it's better than a lot of full games I've played over the years.

Currently Playing: Yakuza Kiwami 2 (SD)

I'm quite fond of the Super Mario World ending theme.

Also Wario Land 3, Pokemon Gold/Silver, TLoZ Ocarina of Time/Majora's Mask/Wind Waker, etc.

Bloop.

Xenoblade 2’s credit song was the only one for a game I started crying over, I plan on starting NieR soon as well.

Metroid NES, although never got to hear it in my childhood (when I owned it) as I only beat it relatively recently

Oh, and how could I forget, Super Mario Land also! Both games composed by Hip Tanaka

@Spidey-Scrub Unfortunately, my initial experience with XC2's ending was ruined thanks to a bug that made the ending cutscenes and credits move INCREDIBLY slowly (as you can imagine, this destroyed the song). I just watched it on youtube and then, out of a need to see them on my own device, went back and beat the final boss again.

NieR: Automata as a whole is a really unique and creative experience. You're in for a wild ride.

Just keep in mind that the game is structured around multiple unique routes. You'll see the credits roll several times before you see the one for the True ending.
