I didn't even know what the hell was "Ao" until I saw the symbol in the ESRB site(it was the only time I went there)

Not really, they are an easy find on amazon. I was looking up dating sims on there one day and there were a ton of AO rated games. (I was looking for something clean in case you were wondering.)
