Probably Johto: it houses some of my favorite cities in the series. Least favorite would be Hoenn. Too many water routes = an entire battalion of ****ing Wingull and Tentacool that pop up every 5 five seconds when surfing. They don't even give you manure's worth for experience points when you kill them.

Speaking statistics and battle-wise, that is true, but speaking design-wise, that would be Sinnoh. Or at least it's going to be Isshu. The bulk of the new Pokémon introduced get uglier with every generation.
I mean, would you look at this guy? This thing is Bidoof on steroids and crack. O_O
Of course the best region is Kanto. It had the most orginal creatures and it was the most refreshing. I mean I still like the new regions like sinnoh but it can't compare to Kanto. The new region looks pretty good though.
Jhoto-Great sites like bell tower, Great music like VS Lance(Do do do dodo do do), Great Leaders like Jasmine (althogh I thought Jhoto was the weakest when battling gyms), Great Pokemon like Smergle Kanto-Colors of cities like Pewter, Gyms with Misty and Brock from TV, Great Pokemon like Electibuzz Sinnoh-Rotom, Darkrai, and Magnezone Hoenn-Bad Bad Bad No one likes Water Levels and Hoenn was one big water level, even the land had waterish levels Route 119 when it was raining, didnt like wingull and Tenticool like others said, No day and Night al though Kanto didnt have it either hated you had 2 rivals who pops up.

I still say Isshu's will be better than Sinnoh. Mine is Johto, probably had better music, and it let you go back to the Kanto region. Plus, you still get to catch the older pokemon!
Kanto has the best designs But in Johto you can travel back to the Kanto Region Hoenn has the worst designs for the Pokemon Shinnon has ok designs of Pokemon Ishuu has a few Pokemon who look pretty cool
Favorite Pokemon religion? Well, I belong to the Cult of the Goddess Feebas, so... wait, not the question.
My favorite region so far has been Hoenn. It was such an awesome departure in scenery from the previous two generations, with so much variety. And I'm an absolute sucker for more tropical areas. :3
After that you can take the rest. None of them really stood out, except for maybe Kanto just because it was first.
