I can't remember the name, but it's about This World. And it Ends With You. It was for DS. Best game I've probably ever played on any console, actually.
I hate turn-based RPG's! And I mean HATE. Whilst others spend massive chunks of there life, picking from a list of attacks, then standing there and letting some-one hit them (durgh), I have always preferred real-time stuff, which is why Crystal Chronicles is the only one to have pulled me in. The Paper Mario/RPG series is the only turn-based RPG that I didn't switch off after half an hour. Can you imagine how frustrating it is for some-one like me seeing the FF series (& others) do so well, when I find it so so dull. I want to play games not watch long boring cut-scenes. And I definitely don't want to stand there and let some-one hit me. FFS!
I've been playing games since the NES/Atari, and have happily avoided all the RPG's listed above.
RPG's suck (in general). Just my opinion of course, but please feel free to flame me, as it's sunday and I'm grumpy. Grrr!

My list above was Ys, which is a live-action RPG. You might like it, no turn-based. Go get the Virtual Console TG16 version. In that one you just ram enemies. The DS version has sword slashing like Zelda, and completely awesome music and updates. It can be difficult to figure out what you need to do at times, like old games were. May need a walk-through at certain points unless you want to spend hours trying everything.
Action RPG now that's what i need. I don't like being oblivious to all these apparently great games, but literally can't stomach turn-based boredom. I shall open my mind to the action-rpg. Thanks ppl.
My top 5 are mainly Mario, mainly due to the fact I'm just getting into RPG's, but here they are: 1.Super Mario RPG 2.Final Fantasy XII 3.Mario and Luigi: Partners in Time 4.Paper Mario 5.Kingdom Hearts OH and to everyone who think Pokemon rule, they don't. In My list of top RPG's they rank -1000000.
@corbie yeah, I guess you have to start playing pokemon young. I'm 10, so I am able to like it. Heck, it's my favorite game series (but none of them are my favorite game.)

I started playing Pokemon and I got rid of them two years ago and I now will always hate them. Trust me, you will hate them soon, I'm 12.
