You have good taste in shows
I was going to say Game of Thrones, Parks and Rec, Daily Show and Adventure Time. Shows that I used to like a lot are Lost and The Office.
I've been meaning to get into Community and Breaking Bad since I've heard good things about both of them.

Breaking Bad is a show I keep meaning to get into, I just haven't gotten around to it yet. I've heard nothing but good things about it.
My favorite shows that are current at the moment are NCIS, Castle, Psych, Hawaii 5O (the revamped modern version), The Last Man Standing, and of course My Little Pony : Friendship is Magic.
As for older shows not airing anymore, those have to be Smallville, Monk, Batman the Animated Series, Superman the Animated Series, Batman Beyond, Justice League, Justice League Unlimited, The Spectacular Spiderman Animated Series, and Bonanza.

I don't really know.
In all seriousness, I haven't watched much TV recently, but other than the obvious, I like Doctor Who, game shows like Wipeout, and am a fan of some improv comedy, like Who's Line is it Anyways and the latest Trust Us With Your Life (though that show hasn't aired since the Olympics). I got interested in The Walking Dead a while back, but Netflix at the time only had like 4 episodes available.

Currently running? Not much. Moral Orel is coming back, and I adore that, as well as The Boondocks.
Shows that are cancelled/ended? Home Movies (thank you for Explosion Bus), Robotomy, Ed Edd n Eddy, The Marvelous Misadventures of Flapjack, Duckman, Titus, Sym-Bionic Titan (IT'S ON TOONAMI NOW. WATCH IT SO I CAN SEE A SECOND SEASON).
