I think TBD is just the most vocal about it and is the one that everyone is familiar with. The only reason I know is that in a thread awhile back someone thought I was a mod awhile ago and TBD replied saying that no Tasuki was never a mod and the only mods are I (TBD) and Phil although admins have mod powers too or something along those lines.
