Topic: What is going on around here?

Ok I have bit my tongue long enough and honestly can't take it anymore. So can we please stop with the negative fanboy attitudes around here.

Honestly thats why I left a few weeks ago its getting really old. The moment some says something negative towards Nintendo they are attacked by other users. Its like WTF? Since when do I have to ignore the facts whether good or bad to participate on a website forums? Heck even the writers here know everything isn't peachyking and still report the bad along with the good.

Also where does it say that you have to love Nintendo to be able to visit, post, comment on this site. Please show me where it says that.

Just because you worship the ground that Nintendo walks on and choose to turn a blind eye to the bad doesn't mean other do yet when they do they get attacked. That's what is great about these sites is the ability to discuss and debate our differences.

You all need to stop with the fanboys attitudes. I honestly weep cause of the direction this community is going, It use to be such a nice one and I honestly dont know what happened to it. Maybe I am the only one who sees this but I just can't keep quite any longer.

Hmm... I guess I'm just not in the discussions that go that direction, 'cause I haven't seen it... but it has been discussed before (sorry I can't remember where) that there is no rule that says you must like Nintendo to be here. It's not OK to attack people for any reason, especially not on the grounds that they have bad things to say about Nintendo...

I've mentioned this a few times but I think some might legitimately want this site to turn into some nintendo cheering propaganda site.

Continuing to point fingers, denounce other people and call them names will not help. Ignore the ones that bother you and engage the rest in active debate if you like; the point is to be constructive, not add to the mess. This is adding to the mess.

Let it roll off your back. If more people did that, we'd have a lot less fighting and a lot less people who post only to get a reaction.
